Sun Canyon Lodge is a beautiful place with great hospitality to host your wedding and/or reception. Below we will outline the specific services that we offer and the prices for each.
Sun Canyon Lodge charges a $1,500 grounds/site fee above and beyond all other services. This fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The fee ensures that you will have your wedding here on the specific dates you have reserved.
Just below our Lodge we have five rental cabins. Often, couples choose to reserve all of the cabins for the wedding party and guests. Attached is the annual cabin price sheet. See the details about each cabin as well as the cost per night. There are numerous camper and tent sites, too. It is crucial your guests register in the Lodge before setting up and parking in the yard.
Catering and food is another important decision when focusing on your big day. We offer a variety of choices depending on the number of guests you have decided to invite. Attached is the large group menu. Due to the Health Department rules and regulations, no outside food is allowed into the Lodge. Of course there is always an exception to this rule; you may bring your wedding cake and the punch inside. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE CATERERS ARE ALLOWED.
We now have an “All Beverage Bar.” Beer, wine and mixed drinks are served daily. We will tap one keg and place it on the porch for the annual price. Champagne orders are also available upon inquiry. Let us know in advance if you prefer a keg or champagne. Please do not bring your own beverages into the bar. If you choose to have an open bar, a “limit” will be decided and paid for in advance. We will give you tickets to distribute based on the “limit”. This enables you to be in charge of who receives the drinks you purchased, etc.
Due to the location of our Lodge, we are unable to close to the public during an event. This generally is not an issue; however, it is important that you know you may see many of our local friends and neighbors throughout your special day!

After your celebration, any unpaid balances will be the responsibility of the bride and groom. A credit card will be held prior to our services.

*Parties of 50—200 people will be offered this meal. This option provides a great feed for corporate retreats, large family reunions, and wedding receptions.
*If there is any pork left over after this feast, we will bag it up for you and you can take it home!

**Coffee is included with all meals. Drinks from the café and bar are available and will have an additional charge.

**If you have any suggestions on menu items or your family and friends have a favorite meal, we are open for ideas that will make your dining experience at Sun Canyon Lodge extra special. Please call ahead of time to discuss specific ideas and negotiate prices.
**A 20% gratuity is added to all Large Group Menu invoices.
